General Policies

  1. Each product/service has its own specified processing and shipping time frame. 

  2. Fraudulent chargebacks will NOT be tolerated. Legal actions will be taken against all individuals who file fraudulent chargebacks.

  3. Weekends and holidays are NOT considered business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.

  4. Once payment has been verified and order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours before tracking becomes available online after receiving tracking information.

  5. Shipping is done to the USA, Canada.

  6. NO SHIPPING WILL BE DONE ON WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.

  7. Please ensure you enter the correct email address & shipping address at checkout. Address changes won’t be done once purchase has been made. If you enter an incorrect address, your order will be cancelled.

  8. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ILL-FITTING WIGS. PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

Custom Units

1. All units have a 7-14 business day processing time.

2. After processing time ends then orders will be shipped out and delivered within 1-7 business days.

3. Absolutely NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES.

6. Shelly's Hair Your Way is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages, if your package is lost/stolen, we advise that you file a claim for the item with the courier.

1. All hair accessories will be shipped out within 2-3 business after the order has been processed and payment has been verified.

2. Shipping is 1-7 business days.

3. If you face any issues with your flat iron, it must be returned within 3 days. You will receive a full refund minus any shipping fees.

4. All other hair accessories are final sale. No refund/exchanges.

Pickup Policy

1. Local pickups must be done within 24-48 hours of placing our order. Failure to do so, will result in your order being cancelled & refunded. 

2. Please bring a government issued ID (passport, driver’s license etc.). You will NOT be able to collect your order without this. 

3. The name on your government issued ID must be the same as on your order. 

4. In the event, you are not able to pickup your order and need to send someone on your behalf, please send an email to: [your email here] and state the person’s full name. This must be done 24 hours before your pickup date. Please put your Order Number as the subject. Failure to do this will result in your order being cancelled & refunded.

4 (b). The person picking your order up should have a valid government issued ID. 

5. Upon picking up your order, you’ll be required to fill out and sign a ‘Order Released’ form. If you are sending someone to pick up your order, they’ll be required to sign this form on your behalf. 

6. Pickups are to be done within the hours of 12pm to 8pm, from Tuesday to Saturday.
